Figma in our process
Figma is where every store we build is designed, reviewed and handed off. Clients see the design in Figma before anything is built, comment on it there, and approve pages one by one — which is why launches rarely surprise anyone.
We design on a component system tied to the store's theme — sections, cards, buttons, type scale — so a change in Figma maps to a change in the theme without translation. Prototypes are clickable, mobile and desktop are designed together, and the Figma file stays with the client after launch as the source of truth for future sections.
For handoff, developers in Lagos and Jaipur work from Dev Mode with the same tokens, and we annotate SEO details — titles, meta, H1, schema — on the page frames so the content and the design ship together. This site was built the same way: the full Figma file includes a sitemap, redirect plan and every page spec.
