What happens in Forest
Forest is where Creative Labs started in 2012 and where every client relationship is run from today. Strategy, scoping, design direction, proposals and the weekly check-in all come out of this studio, on Eastern time.
The team here is the one you will talk to: the founder, the strategy leads and the designers who set direction before the Lagos and Jaipur studios build. Kickoff workshops, launch days and quarterly reviews for Virginia, Carolina, DC and mid-Atlantic clients happen in person — in Forest, at your office, or in Lynchburg, Richmond and Charlottesville, which are all within a couple of hours.
The studio sits in Forest, VA, twenty minutes from downtown Lynchburg and Liberty University, in Bedford County. It is a working studio rather than a showroom: a recording corner for the Loom audits and webinars, and desks for the local team.
Because this is the HQ, it is also the legal home of Creative Labs LLC, the address on every contract and invoice, and the office that holds our Shopify Partner and Spoks partner relationships.
