IN SHORT

A migration is a rebuild plus a careful move. We inventory every URL first, move content and data through each platform’s export or API, rebuild the front end on the new platform, and redirect anything whose path changes. Stores usually move to Shopify; marketing sites, blogs and docs move to Astro or Next.js. Fixed price from $2,500 for a single page; ten pages run $6,500 to $14,500.

Why migrate with us

Every URL is mapped before anything moves, content and data go over through each platform’s API, and rankings are watched for 30 days after cutover.

Can we keep /collections/bass-rods ranking after the move?

CL agent10:03

Yes. 2,431 old URLs inventoried, 2,431 redirects staged, 0 unmatched. Rankings baseline captured today; I’ll flag any drop over 5% daily for 30 days.

App, partner or us?

When a managed migration is worth it, and when it isn’t.

A migration app is fine for a small catalog with no SEO to protect. Once URLs rank, dealers reorder or orders need history, the move needs a plan.

How we work

Decided before anything moves.

01

Every URL inventoried

Crawl, Search Console and backlinks merged into one sheet before design starts.

02

Data in Shopify’s format

Variants, metafields and customer tags mapped, not squeezed into a CSV.

03

Rankings protected

Titles, schema and 301s set per page; sitemap submitted at cutover.

04

A 48-hour cutover

DNS, redirects and payments go live in one weekend, with a rollback plan.

Will I lose SEO when I move to Shopify?

Not if it's done properly. Every URL is mapped and redirected one-to-one, titles and structured data carry over, and rankings are watched for 30 days after cutover.

How long does a WooCommerce to Shopify migration take?

A WooCommerce to Shopify migration typically takes eight to twelve weeks, depending on catalogue size, customer and order history, and whether the design changes at the same time. The proposal fixes the timeline before we start.

Can we keep selling during the migration?

Yes. The new store is built alongside the old one, and cutover happens on a planned day with your team informed, so selling continues throughout.

Do you migrate subscriptions and gift cards?

Yes, where the platforms allow. Gift card balances and subscriptions are migrated with care so customers keep their balances and billing dates; some subscription moves need customers to re-confirm payment details.

What does a migration cost?

Migrations start at $2,500 for a single page and run $6,500 to $14,500 for ten, at a fixed price that depends on catalogue size, data and design changes. See pricing.

What happens to my old plugins?

We list what each plugin did and replace it with Shopify's built-in features, an app or a theme section, or drop it if it's no longer needed.

Do you migrate websites, not just stores?

Yes. WordPress, Webflow and Framer sites move to Astro or Next.js with the same URL inventory, redirect map and post-launch watch as a store migration. See the WordPress, Webflow and Framer pages.

Astro or Next.js: which should we choose?

Astro for content-led sites: marketing pages, blogs and docs. It ships almost no JavaScript by default. Next.js when the site also needs logins, a customer portal, dashboards or pages built from live data. We recommend one after the audit, and the content model works with either. See Astro vs Next.js.
