Common questions
How long does a typical project take?
A sprint can wrap in 2–4 weeks. A full custom Shopify build typically runs 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Migrations vary — simple ones take 4 weeks, complex enterprise migrations can take 3+ months. We'll give you a realistic timeline after scoping.
Do you work with small brands or only enterprise?
Both. We work with brands from $500K to $50M+ in annual revenue. The engagement model just looks different — a growing DTC brand might start with a sprint, while a Shopify Plus merchant might need a dedicated retainer team.
What does the discovery process look like?
We start with a free 30-minute strategy call. If there's a fit, we'll do a paid discovery sprint (usually 1–2 weeks) to document requirements, map out architecture, and produce a detailed scope. You own all discovery deliverables regardless of whether you continue.
Can I hire you for just one thing?
Yes. Sprint packages are designed for exactly that — one problem, fixed timeline, defined output. No ongoing commitment required.
Do you work with platforms other than Shopify?
Shopify and Shopify Plus are our primary focus. We also support headless builds using Hydrogen/Remix and can handle migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and other platforms into Shopify.
