Can we keep our barcodes and SKUs?
Yes. We import your existing barcodes and SKUs with the catalogue, so labels already on the shelf keep scanning.
What hardware do we need per location?
Typically an iPad, a Shopify card reader, a barcode scanner and a receipt printer per register. We spec the exact kit for each location before you buy.
Does POS work offline?
Partly. POS can keep taking some payments during a short connection drop and syncs when it reconnects, but it's built to run online, so a reliable connection in store matters. We check what your setup supports during planning.
Can staff see online orders in store?
Yes. Staff see online orders in POS, so they can fulfil pickups, ship from store and process returns from any channel.
