By using thecreativelabs.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 16 and, where you act for a company, authorised to bind it.

The site, its design, copy, code, case studies, guides, benchmarks and tools are owned by Creative Labs LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, download and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish them without written permission. Client logos and brand names belong to their owners and appear with permission.

The store speed test, conversion calculator, SEO & AEO checker, pricing calculator and free audit are provided “as is” for information only. Results are estimates based on public data and stated assumptions and are not a guarantee of performance, rankings or revenue.

You confirm you own or are authorised to test any store URL you submit. We may limit or suspend use of the tools to protect the service.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change. Work begins only under a signed statement of work or retainer agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement. Nothing on this site forms an offer capable of acceptance.

If you subscribe you agree to receive our emails until you unsubscribe. We never share your address with third parties for their own marketing.

The site links to client stores, Shopify, app vendors and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping beyond published sitemaps and llms.txt, no attempts to breach security, no uploading of unlawful or infringing material, and no use of our tools against stores you are not authorised to test.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Benchmarks and case-study figures describe specific past projects and are not predictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed US$100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
