Creative Labs LLC (“Creative Labs”, “we”, “us”) is a Shopify Partner agency registered in Virginia, United States, with team members in Forest, Virginia; Lagos, Nigeria; and Jaipur, India. Information you give us: your name, email address, company, store URL and anything you type into a contact, audit, referral, newsletter or booking form.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.

Information from our free tools: the store URL you test and the public pages, performance metrics and SEO signals our tools read from it. We do not access your Shopify admin through these tools.

To reply to enquiries, prepare audits and proposals, and run projects you hire us for.

To send the newsletter or resources you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, using aggregated analytics.

To run advertising measurement where you have consented to marketing cookies.

To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where the GDPR applies we rely on: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (enquiries, proposals, projects); consent (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies); and legitimate interests (site security, aggregated analytics, defending legal claims). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity — help us understand which pages are useful. Set only with your consent.

Marketing cookies — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight — measure the performance of our advertising. Set only with your consent.

You can change your choices at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Service providers who help us run the business: hosting (Shopify, Vercel), email (Google Workspace, Klaviyo), scheduling (Google Calendar), analytics and advertising platforms named above, and our accountants and legal advisers. Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Our team works from the United States, Nigeria and India. Where personal information of EU or UK residents is transferred outside those regions we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiries you send through this website (contact, audit and referral forms, job applications, and requests passed on by our assistant Ava) are kept on our website systems for at least 90 days after you send them, and are then deleted. Deleted records can remain in our hosting providers' version history and backups for a limited period after that. Sales enquiries are also copied to our CRM, where client and prospect records are kept for the duration of the relationship and up to six years afterwards for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Free-tool results are deleted within 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other US states with privacy laws have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We use access controls, two-factor authentication, encrypted connections and least-privilege collaborator access to client stores. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security page for how we work.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced on this page.
