What happens next
Sending the form is the only step you have to take. Everything after it runs on our side, in your working hours, and ends with a fixed price you can say no to.
Within one business day a senior — not a sales rep — reads your message, looks at your store and replies with a short Loom: the three things we would fix first and whether we are the right team for it. If the answer is yes, we book a 30-minute intro call at a time that suits your time zone. If the honest answer is that you need something we do not do, we say so and, where we can, point you to someone who does.
After the call, a scoped proposal with one price follows within three business days. It lists what is included, what is not, the timeline and the launch checklist. There is no hourly estimate to argue over and no change-order process to learn; if the scope changes, the price changes once, in writing.
