Store automations
Shopify Flow, Make and Zapier wired to orders, inventory and customer events, with retries and logs. No more copy-paste between tools.
Automations for brands like

How it works
Shopify Flow handles the Triggers, we add the Logic a store actually needs, and every action lands in Slack where someone can Stop it.
We keep overselling the bundle when one SKU runs out.
Flow built: when any component variant hits 0, the bundle is unpublished, a Slack alert goes to #ops and a reorder draft is created for the supplier. Tested on staging with 3 bundles.

Four stores we automated. Pick a client, then drag.

How it connects
Flow, webhooks and a little code remove the busywork. Every action posts to Slack, and the risky ones wait for a person.

Still got questions?
Shopify Flow first for anything inside Shopify; Make or Zapier when the automation spans other tools. We choose per task so you aren't paying for a connector Flow already covers.
No. Shopify Flow is available on most Shopify plans, with more advanced features on higher plans and Plus.
Order tagging, fraud holds, low-stock and restock alerts, bundle availability, customer segments, supplier reorders and syncing data between tools. If someone copies it by hand every week, it's a candidate.
Failures are retried, logged and posted to Slack where someone can see them and step in, so nothing fails silently.
Usually, yes, through native apps, APIs or middleware, depending on what your 3PL and ERP support.
It depends on how many workflows and tools are involved. We give one fixed price after mapping the manual work. See pricing.
