What happens in Jaipur
Jaipur is the engineering and QA studio: integrations, automations, Hydrogen and Next.js builds, data migrations and the testing pass that happens before anything goes live.
On Indian Standard Time, the Jaipur team overlaps the end of the US working day and the start of the Lagos one. In practice that means a migration or integration issue raised by a client in a Virginia afternoon review is being worked on overnight and is either fixed or diagnosed by the next morning — which is how a store ends up with cover for roughly 22 hours of every day across the three studios.
The work here is the technical layer: Shopify Functions and checkout extensibility, headless storefronts on Hydrogen and Next.js, Make and Zapier automations, HubSpot, Salesforce and ERP connections, product and customer data migrations from WooCommerce, Magento and legacy POS systems, and the QA runbook — device matrix, checkout tests, redirect checks and analytics verification — that every launch has to pass.
Like Lagos, Jaipur never faces clients directly. Scope and priorities come from the Virginia lead; results come back as pull requests, staging links and a written QA report the client sees in their channel.
