Can I pause a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can pause for a month or cancel anytime. See the Shopify retainer.
What counts as one request?
A request is one piece of work in progress, in design or in build. The Design + Development plan runs two at once — one in design and one in build — with an unlimited backlog behind them.
What's not included?
Third-party costs: your Shopify plan, app subscriptions, paid fonts or stock assets, and ad spend. We don't run paid ads. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we do it, not billed by the hour.
Do you offer payment plans?
One-time projects are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Who owns the design and code?
You do. We build in a theme repo you own, and the designs live in your Figma.
