Expectation
We are looking for a Senior Shopify Developer who is deeply experienced with Liquid, Shopify APIs, and modern headless commerce patterns. You should be passionate about performance, conversion optimization, and delivering exceptional storefronts that drive measurable results for our clients.
Responsibility
- Architect and build custom Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and custom Shopify apps to extend platform functionality.
- Optimize storefronts for Core Web Vitals and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive storefronts.
- Lead technical discovery and scoping for new eCommerce projects.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience including custom theme development.
- Proficiency with Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and Shopify CLI.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify APIs (Storefront, Admin, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with headless commerce frameworks (Hydrogen, Next.js).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce conversion principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
