CAREERS FAQ
Questions about working here
Still have a question?
Email us and a real person will answer.
Email usCan I work remotely?
Yes. We’re remote-first, and our Forest, VA studio gives the team a place to meet, build, record and reset when async work gets flat.
Where can I work from?
The US, Nigeria, India or remote — with desks in Forest, Lagos and Jaipur for the days you want people around you.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. Full-time or part-time, agreed up front.
Do you provide equipment?
It depends on the role and where you're based. We'll talk through what you need to do the work well during the hiring process and confirm it in your offer.
Do you sponsor visas?
It depends on the role and the country. Most of the team works remotely from where they live; if a role involves relocating, we'll discuss what's possible early in the process.
Do I need to use AI tools?
AI is part of everyday work here — Claude, Figma, Cursor and the rest, paid for by the company. The final call still comes from a person.
