“I am using two Jevonbaby pumps. The hospital-grade suctions yield more milk in less time, with painless comfort. The strong batteries keep up throughout the workday.”

About the project
Jevonbaby was created to empower working mothers and mothers always on the go. A single hero product — a wearable, hospital-grade breast pump — sold direct in Singapore with baby-fair promotions and gifts auto-applied at checkout.
What we built: a single-product store with a clear story · explained with video and steps · mothers in their own words · baby-fair offers auto-applied. Performance figures are reported once the client shares analytics.

02
The challenge
A single-product brand that lives or dies on trust and explanation.
A new mother buying a pump needs to understand how it works, hear from other mothers and feel the promotions are real. The store had to carry 'how does it work', reviews and the current baby-fair offer without clutter.
“Life, without limitations. Pump on your terms.”

Jevonbaby · homepage
Dated storefront
The previous store no longer matched the brand or the way its customers shop on mobile.
Slow pages
Heavy media and app bloat pushed load times past where shoppers wait.
Hard to merchandise
Launches and promotions needed a developer every time.
Nothing to measure
No clean analytics meant nobody could say what the store was doing.

03
How it started
It started with a free store audit of Jevonbaby's existing storefront — what shoppers do on mobile, where the cart leaks, and what the team cannot change without a developer.
Rather than pitch the whole build up front, we proposed a focused sprint: fix the highest-impact pages first on Shopify, then extend to the full catalogue once the team was comfortable running it.

Finding the direction
Before touching templates we agreed on one visual language for Jevonbaby: the brand's own photography, its own words, and a layout that puts proof where decisions happen.
We prototyped the homepage and the hero product page in the first two weeks and locked the system before building out collections.
