Expectation
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who combines strong visual sensibility with a deep understanding of user behavior. You should thrive at the intersection of aesthetics and data — crafting experiences that are beautiful, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
Responsibility
- Design end-to-end user experiences for Shopify storefronts, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Partner with strategists and developers to align visual design with business goals.
Qualification
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused eCommerce design.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first environment.
