Expectation
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own multi-channel strategy and execution for eCommerce brands. You should be equally comfortable building paid media campaigns, directing content strategy, and reporting on performance in a data-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels for multiple clients.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok with measurable ROAS targets.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align organic and paid strategies.
- Manage client relationships, provide regular performance reporting, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging channels relevant to eCommerce.
Qualification
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
